"A lovely group of students attend the rehearsals and workshops. Whenever I pop in there’s a relaxed, family atmosphere and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. The tutors take things seriously but everyone also has a lot of fun. Jacob had done a fair bit of drama before joining but was not confident with dancing and singing. He has gained a tremendous amount from being given the opportunity to work on all three skills. It’s given him a chance to consider different aspects of performing and his confidence has risen as a result. Overall we’ve been very pleased with Jacob’s experience at Paramount.

"All of the kids that go to Paramount are really nice and so is the choreographer and the director. It’s a very nice atmosphere and everyone is having fun. Before I came I had already done acting but I wasn’t very confident about singing or dancing but now I think I’m getting better at them. I think that Paramount is very enjoyable."

"I think that Paramount Youth Theatre is a fantastic opportunity for all those who enjoy musical theatre to show others their skills in a fun but professional manner. It is so nice to be able to escape your everyday routine to come to Paramount Youth Theatre every Monday evening/Sunday afternoon and to act, sing and dance with other children no matter of their gender or age! "The main differences between Paramount Youth Theatre and other organisations who boast about their stage training is that it is much smaller and friendlier and that everyone in the group is involved in a production. The other similar organisations appear to favour certain individuals for whatever reason and have an elitest attitude. From the first audition when my son joined, PYT has proved that every member is important.
From Day 1 my son felt like he belonged and always looks forward to his Monday nights."
